What we’re looking for
Data scientists: Should have a math and statistics background with knowledge of advanced analytics and models (ML, DL), be able to program to analyze data and create applied mathematical models, guarantee using the ‘right’ models and creating insights and solutions.
Analytical Translators: Should be able to identify value of advanced analytics in a business context. Orchestrate the mechanics between analytics and business. Interpret results and translate to values, understand modeling language and commonly used techniques, guide and challenge modeling choices, communicate technical concepts to stakeholders.
Data Engineers: Should have specialized skills in creating software solutions around automation, data pip and big data, and guarantee that the models run smoothly in daily production and are able to have future extension. Ensure data quantity, data format and code re-usability for continued integration and future extension. Should be able to put the prototype models into production, test and fix the feasibility and enable the scalability. Responsible for system integrations and realizing architecture/infrastructure to enable production and continues development.
UX-designers: Empathy for the user, a deep understanding of user-centered design (UCD) and strong analytical abilities. UX designers conduct user research, interviews and surveys, and use the information to create sitemaps, customer journey maps, wireframes, and prototypes.
Project leaders for agile projects: Should be responsible for planning, leading, organizing, and motivating agile project teams. The goals are to:
- Achieve a high level of performance and quality, and
- deliver agile projects that provide exceptional business value to users
Responsible for managing concurrent high visibility projects using agile methods in a fast-paced environment that may cross multiple business divisions.
Business experts e-commerce
Managers with a retail background
Managers with a background from supply chain or logistics
- You have a foreign background and professional experience from any of the roles above
- You have a good command of English - proficiency in Swedish is a plus, but not a requirement.
